Liability Waiver and Release Agreement

*I acknowledge that participating in Activities, including travel, holds risk of injuries, damages to property, death or harmful situations. There is a possibility these could even arise while participating in Activities regardless of negligence or other fault, in whole or in part by the Agency, and/or its affiliates, employees, officers, agents or insurers ("Released Parties").

*I hereby knowingly, voluntarily, and irrevocably waive, release, and discharge any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities of any kind, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, against the Released Parties, arising out of or relating to any injury, damage, loss, death, or other harm that may be sustained by me or others as a result of my participation in the Activities, regardless of cause, including but not limited to negligence.

*I understand and agree that the program itinerary and Activities are subject to change for any reason. I agree to release the Agency from any such daims associated with changes or variations in the itinerary.

I agree that the Agency can use photos of me in promotional materials taken during an Activities under the direction of the Agency.

I agree to receive promotional material electronically from the Agency.

*Further, I understand that I am subject to the laws of the countries to which I am visiting, including entry and exit, and that the Agency shall not be held accountable for the actions of these governments or their representatives.

*I agree to not hold the Released Parties accountable for all such claims as listed above as well as liability costs or expenses incurred as a result of any claims or suits that I (or anyone claiming by, under or through me) may bring against any of the Released Parties to recover any damages or expenses.

*I have carefully read and reviewed this Liability Waiver and Release Agreement. I understand it fully, and I execute it voluntarily.
