Rhythms of Renewal: Nature and Spirituality in the Jewish Calendar!
Fri, Nov 15
|Zoom - 12:00 PM - ET
These are difficult days in Israel, and here at Twins Tours, we find ourselves unable to guide people through the landscapes we love so much. But while we can’t walk these paths together, we hope to bring you a bit of solace by sharing the beauty of Israel’s nature through this virtual experience.

About the event
Today’s presentation explores the presence of nature in the Jewish calendar, a vast and rich topic that ties our tradition to the land’s natural rhythms. My goal is to offer you a glimpse of what the seasons look like here, so that you can experience a bit of Israel’s landscape from afar.
As Ecclesiastes reminds us, “For everything, there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven.”
I want to convey that nature is in a constant state of transformation. When groups visit from outside Israel, they are often amazed by what’s blooming and thriving around them. I always remind them that what they see now will not be the same tomorrow, in three months, or in six months.
Nature here, like life, is ever-changing—a constant reminder of renewal, resilience, and the beauty of each passing season.
